MISSION

The Recruiter is responsible for planning, developing and implementing recruitment strategies with special emphasis on a well-qualified and diverse pool of candidates, timeliness, cost effectiveness, and hiring manager and candidate experience.

OUTCOMES

  • Promotes Advanced during a variety of recruitment and networking functions such as candidate interviews, job fairs, college career events, and social media campaigns, while collecting and analyzing data for future recruitment plans
  • Relates openly and comfortably with both hiring managers and candidates while proactively guiding and collaborating during the recruiting and hiring process
  • Establishes, cultivates, and maintains ongoing relationships with hiring managers and team members of all levels in order to acquire substantial knowledge about various roles and each departments’ objectives, operations and work culture
  • Develops, manages, and executes on recruitment plans ranging from marketing and sourcing to post offer hiring in a timely manner, while ensuring positive hiring manager and candidate experiences
  • Consistently meets hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates, while maintaining timely, organized and accurate workflows for the full life cycle of the recruiting and hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:

  • 5+ years full cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years experience in healthcare recruiting
  • 1+ years experience adjudicating background checks and onboarding in post offer process
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field

Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:

  • 3+ years in healthcare/ hospital recruiting
  • 2+ years experience adjudicating background checks and onboarding in post offer process
  • Working knowledge of Clear Company Applicant Tracking System

Credentials/Licensures

  • Current SHRM Certification
